You will become an employee of MLG Pay once you join us. We will supply your services to your agency or end customer and bill them for the tasks you do using an overarching employment contract. We will pay your tax and National Insurance deductions to HMRC on your behalf and pay you a PAYE salary NET of all deductions/contributions upon receipt of payment.

Joining the Team
CONTACT OUR TEAM - The first step in becoming a member of MLG is to contact our staff. If you are new to umbrella, we will explain the procedure and ask you some questions regarding your contract. Then we can offer you a payslip illustration detailing all statutory deductions.
IDENTIFICATION - When you are ready to become a member of MLG, we will contact your agency. You will also be required to show confirmation of identity and address. This may be done with a passport/driving licence and a utility bill/bank statement that is less than three months old.
CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT - You're nearly there. To complete your application, we will send you an employment contract between us and you. The terms of your employment will be outlined in this document. You will become an employee of MLG Pay once you have read and signed the agreement.
TELLING YOUR AGENCY – We will notify your agency, namely the consultant you are working with, that you will be using our services for your contract. We will communicate with the Payroll department to ensure that they know who to pay for your services.
